*I decided to add this day to work on the show me muscles. I am going to cut back to training each muscle once a week instead of twice and see how that goes. My weight is down to 193 from not eating enough and being on my feet all day at work.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
