I was really happy with these, it was the first time I have ever did them. Those experienced please feel free to critique my form. They absolutely lit up my glutes and hams though, which is what I was going for!

Glute Ham
BWx5,4,4 (finally was close to doing some of the early reps unassisted, progress!)

BWX5,5,5,5,7 (felt pretty weak on these, haven't done them in awhile)
