Any advice on the GHR's? How did you work up to 10 reps? That is awesome. I am having trouble progressing on them, I can't even add 1 rep.
My advice would be to just do them. Take 3-4 seconds on the negative and then pushoff as little as possible. I still use a little push on most reps.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
