Felt good, no assistance work today because it wouldn't have any adaptation towards strength. Sets were light and explosive. Off tomorrow, just 20 min. on the bike then heavy days. Heavy bench Friday and heavy squat Saturday, can't wait. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
