workout today was good/bad. Good part being i managed to increase the weight a little on the overhead press, bad part is i had to lower the weight for my last set of squats, but i still feel like i'm progressing good with them (although i have split my second pair of boxers in a week, **** raggedy boxers!). I have also put on 7lbs in two weeks so now weigh 140lbs, is this a good amount of weight for two weeks?
