Todays workout was alright, squats felt better I feel like i've got the bar in the right places now, although i did split my boxers straight down the back so atleast i know i'm getting deep enough. I kept the weight for the overhead press the same i hope i can progress on this in the next workout, still trying to get better form on the bent over barbell rows.
