had a good workout today...
-i kept same weight for squats because last workout it felt heavy, i didnt know if it was cuz it was the end of the week, or i was stalling...i was only tired, after 2 days rest 280 felt GOOD! will progress next time
-bench: FINALLY had a good bench day, all 3 sets felt great...time to bump it up and keep climbing!
-Deads:STILL NO STRAPS!!!! only switch to sumo grip for my working set, lets see how far i can take this w/ my now pencil, soon to be HUGE forearms!
in other news, i am seeing noticable gains in the mirror and on the scale, my size looks about where I was before my surgery, still a few lbs light tho, way more vascular now,
bodypart of the week: i am noticing my shoulders are developing very nicely
as long as i am seeing gains, i will stay w/3x5..after that I will take a week off, then hit my DC routine hard
