thanks ordo, my original plan was to do a month of it...i am at the end of week 2 i think (i lost count, so thats where i stand..tomorrow is my last workout of week 2)..since it is going so good, i may stick w/ it for another 2 weeks after...still undecided...my body is feeling better each time I go in, so I feel confident that some hardcore RPing would not hurt me...i wanna see how much of my strenght i can get back tho!!! i was doing 230x20 when i got hurt...so i still have a while to go..peristence pays off
