still using double overhand..sumo is coming fast tho...grip strenght is a priority right now...once i get back where i was i will need straps, i used to use use them all the time and my forearms alway lagged...got a new bb app that tracks my food, so i can now post my macros..and i can effectively track that aspect aswell...

I never knew squatting this frequently would have such an impact on me...by the time my 2 day break comes...I am ready for it...sometimes I even have to take it a workout early, then get back on track..its mentally and physically draining
