I get great results with this version:
3 cups of oats
1 cup of skim (low fat) milk
1/2 cup of natural almond butter
4 scoops of whey protein (I've only used strawberry)
optional scoops of ground flax
After mixing it up, I smooth it out on a baking tray and put it in the fridge overnight. The next day, I cut them to 6 pieces and wrap one individually. I keep them in the fridge and take one out whenever needed.
