I wouldn't say that bench is your weak point as your almost benching as much as your squatting.
But keep it up man, the 3x5 program works wonders. You should try pyramid down in weight while increasing reps, I know you kinda just started but I will vouch for this style as I have increased in strength like no tomorrow with it.
