thanks ordo...hope this 3x5 cycle does you good so your stronger for the next blast!!! It will be about 3-4 more weeks until I will feel comfortable enough to start a blast..at the rate I am going, I should have enough strenght in 3 weeks, then take a week off before the blast..No change in my form at all, as a matter of fact, I am using this rebuilding time to be a stickler on my form. I blame big jumps in weight at this time on the fact that each day I get a little more comfortable with what I can do in the gym.
