Need a Beginner Routine for GF!
I have been working out for a few years but my girlfriend wants to start working out and im looking for a basic routine for her targeted at just basically toning. Weight loss isn't a big motivation as shes naturally thin and "fit LOOKING" (obviously cant be that fit if she doesnt workout lol) is doing this for a more healthy lifestyle.
i tried google but only managed to find about 900 pay sites.
Preferably im looking for a 3 day split routine. She currently only does cardio, kick boxing and yoga.
