*Good day hit a log pr by 1 rep. Yesterday was my first day off in a long time. I have cut back to 4 days a week lifting to take advantage of recovery. Also, I am doing some kind of grip/forearm exercise every workout and abs 3-4x a week.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
