Im going to, i'll reduce the weight and aim for 8 reps for a couple of weeks, then start adding weight until i get back down to 5 reps. it is most likely just a problem with form and the slight niggle in my back wasnt helping either.
Atleast everything else is going well. have you started your routine yet?
