Thanks, the 18 inch dl is the bar set at 18 inch from the floor for me that equals a few inches below my knees.
Yeah, I need to get a feel for heavy weight on my back again so I added walkouts after box squats. Heavy Squatting requires practice for me so if I am not used to it I get crushed by heavy weight. Basically, walking it out is the hardest part for me besides the bottom of the squat.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
