*Hit my goal of 242 on the log today. I was so excited about the clean that I let out a cheer before the press and lost a lot of air lol. I still made it, but the lockout was a struggle from the wasted energy. I am getting better at the strict press which should help.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
