Weight Loss in One Month
I am 21 years old female, about 98 lbs., and 5'0". I am working out 3 or 4 days a week doing either doing cardio or resistance weight training. I usually do cardio for about 30min and leave it at that for the day and on resistance days I go through some bi's, tri's, back, legs and shoulder excercises. I tend to gain weight in my thighs. mid section, and butt. I never had an issue with my weight before however I have recently noticed an increase in my body fat from where it usually is. I just started watching my diet more carefully drinking a soy protein shake a day, cottage cheese, fruit, 7 grain bread, and sometimes lean meats like chicken and fish. I have one month before I need to lose around 10-15lbs. and I am at a bit of a loss. I feel like I have reached a Plataea or something as I think I am working hard and watching what I eat, but I am not losing any weight. I would really appreciate any help, thank you.
