* I am pretty much doing westside for skinny b@st@rds volume 3 with some minor modifications. On RE upper I will either use an oh or bench variation. On De lower I might use a strongman exercise as my 2nd exercise instead of a unilateral move. I think I am gonna cut down to 4 lifting days and do more cardio on my off days this running after lifting is kick my @ss when combined with reduced carbs.
