Really? Everything I have read has said oxidative stress is a major contributor to insulin resistance. And that taking anti-oxidant sups increases glucose disposal; this is especially the case when oxidative stress is higher such as obesity, diabetes, and yes, exercise.

This is new to me...need more convincing.
