*I have always wanted to try this program to see if it would help me. People are not kidding when they say it will make you stronger or kill you lol. This is brutal. I took it lighter on the assistance to be on the safe side. My end goal is 575 a 25lb increase. I am using rdl instead of sldl to save my back. I am not circuiting the assistance exercises. I do 3 sets of bb rows then 3 sets of rdl. The I alternate the chins and goodmornings.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
