*6. I have had better. My legs have been so sore the last two days it is ridicolous. It is really sore in my groin. I feel like I spent to much time on the good girl bad girl machines. After my first warmup set of bb rows my left groin just hurt bad. I put some icyhot on after that which just warmed it up but it still hurt. I take 8 days off for vacation and I come back weak and with less endurance. Monday kind of sucked and today I was weak too. Time off is way overrated. I made better results training 3 weeks in a row. I am going to make some minor changes and not train to failure every set. I will keep it heavy in the beginning and do higher reps at the end.
