Ssq step up-
7 out of 10. Squats sucked. They felt heavy and awkward. I need to sit back more and arch harder. If I said I had 6 hours of sleep last night that would be exagerrating it was so frikken hot and humid last night I couldn't sleep. That problem should be fixed tonight since I set up the good ole A/C.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
