* 9.5. First session since vacation and picking up where I left off. I would have liked to get 6 on my first 202 set but it didn't happen. Still I can not complain. I weighed 205 last night after ice cream lol but this morning after breakfast I went down to 201. I have started to get strict again on my diet today and I am going to cut a few lbs. Not sure if I want to go down to 195 or 190 yet it depends on how I look and feel.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
