*Nice day out for a self inflicted a$$ whooping lol. The sled was tough at 500lbs. I tried using boots for this instead of chucks and I think I had a better grip with my feet but as I went on the grip wasn't as good. I am not sure which one I am better with. I added more weight to the sandbag which makes for fun lol. First time doing barbell rollouts in a long time and they are way better than the ab wheel.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
