* I am way stronger pressing the axle after cleaning it first. I have done 210x5 after a clean. I have push pressed 245 out of the rack with a bb. I know I was not close to 100% today I pulled a muscle in my lower back (left side) a few days ago and it has been annoying at times. Not to mention this was doen 2 days early. I am cutting down for 6 days a week to 5. Hopefully, the extra day of recovery will go a long way.
