Thanks. Yeah it does really suck when you are having an off day on the deadlift. It is the kind of lift that messes with you mentally too. I used to be the same way as you on the deadlift and when I was feeling weak I would deadlift anyway and then not even come close to a good performance. Sometimes it is better to do something similar and work hard then to do the actual lift.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
