Wow, what a last two weeks. Started with a mild flu on wed 11. Worked around it and got something in. Still got head and ear congestion today. Came back Friday the 13 and had a great back workout. Deadlifted 635 for 3 and all else went well...until i went to the park to do my cardio. Was doing my interval sprints and on my 7th of 10 pop went the Hammie! Monday 16 did what I could for legs.
Wed 18 chest went well, not great yet. Today Friday the 20th no deads. Ham is better but not pushing it. Waiting for monday legs. Other then that prep is going great!lol Waist down over and inch and getting tight all over. I will post pics when I feel worthy of exposing myself. haha
