520 was at 244 i'm currently cutting so any pr i can get are welcomed lol, what made the wrestling one better was the match endings werent choriagraphed, 98 submission wins 2 KO my finisher landed just off and lights out!

most programs i write myself, only acception is the DC training im having a go at now, I will write them upto 12 weeks in advance,

hours training anywhere from 4-20 a week depending on regime
