Leg Extension: 3X20

Standing Leg Curls: 3X20

Cross Leg Crunches: 3X50

Reverse Crunches: 3X50

Crunces: 3X50

Put my calves through some major pain today, besides that burned out the legs felt good, ready for the work week to be over. Laying off people like crazy at my job, when will this craziness end?
