*wanted to do more strongman stuff but it started raining on my last set of farmers. Once I get back into doing farmers consistantly I will be able to handle more weight. On my 2nd set of farmers the end of the farmers walk got caught on the weight plate on the other one after the turn and it was so crooked and difficult to fix. What a core workout lol.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
