*pretty good today. It has been a long time since I actually lifter my stones (they are outside in the cold). I wanted to do doubles with the stone but that wasn't happening on the second reps I got them lapped but then couldn't finish because of grip. 200 is not heavy at all I just got to get better at it.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
