Can you elaborate on your elbow injury? I am having an issue with my left elbow as well. I don't really feel it when doing pushing exercises, but I feel it when I do tricep-specific exercises such as skullcrushers or overhead DB extensions.

I've avoided triceps exercises for ~2 weeks now and am just letting them be trained indirectly.

The pain feels like it's right in the triceps tendon:
