136 days to improve
199.5 upon waking

today i felt very good...very strong...but i just can't get over the 520 mark at this will happen...just more time...i pulled 515 just fine and missed 525...i honestly shouldn't be surprised as this has always been a trend with me...when my bench is going up, my squat/dead stagnates...and when my dead goes up...the other 2 stagnate...right now my squat has been going thing i'm going to do..since i deadlift exclusively sumo...i'm going to try and do conventional for a while to see how that helps hack squats felt very solid...and i think i'm getting stronger in this movement...tomorrow i have to teach contraception/abortion...i hate teaching that...but i think it is's not that it's a moral issue with's just excruciatingly boring to me....i'd rather talk exercise...oh well...till next time
