i V02maxed one of my students today in lab...the guy on the treadmill was an absolute monster...i was running the bruce treadmill protocol and he made it about halfway through stage 6...he hit 65 ml/kg...pretty **** good....the max started to go a little longer than i would've liked...but stage 6 got him...lol...i love the bruce protocol...the incline will get you every time
