Today was the first day of my prep training. No extra cardio...actually no cardio! But it seems whenever I have an event on radar a switch goes off. The intensity today was off the hook. 545 x8 and the 405 on squat for 15 with a pause at the very bottom of the last one. These are done after Calves and Seated leg curls/leg extensions superset. Two more weeks til I add the extra cardio and start dieting as that puts me 8 weeks out of the guest spot and 20 total out from a summer show if I do do it.
