Deadlift isn't a part of Smolov (too much lower back work when squating 3 or 4 times per week), but I am going to work up to 90% or so about once per week, maybe less often if needed due to fatigue. I want to do this to mentally know I am keeping my deadlift strength while not working the lift.
EDIT:
Diet; Fat 114, Carbs 375, Protein 235, Leucine 35g (from diet and free form)
I haven't fully implemented some of the changes I mentioned a week or two ago in a post. But I have added more BCAA and cut out a few calories. However, if I get too hungry from squating 3 to 4 times per week, I may need to add back in some calories.
