Squats- based on 90% of 455 max in boots = 410
345x7 (85%) (pr)
SSq bar box squats (13 1/2 inch box)
Glute ham raises- (3 sec neg minimal push)
bw x 3 x 10
SSQ calf raises-
Db side bends-
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
