3 sets alternate dumbbell curls w/ seated tricep press-downs. Worked with 40-50 lb dumbbells
3 sets double bicep cable curls with tricep press downs
3 sets preacher curl machine w/ weighted behind back dips, 2 plates
3 sets behind back wrist curls (135), hammer curls (40-50s), seated dumbbell reverse wrist
looking pretty good this morning; was very happy w/ my progress.
Oh yeah, and I am basically a cripple right now...legs are shot.
