I just trained at my school gym for the first time...omg, I just died and went to heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the most awesome gym EVER. I could not even imagine some of the equipment they have there.
I trained legs with Layne, and if this workout did not stimulate hyperplasia, nothing will. Just an amazing workout. Proud of myself, because I was able to hang with perhaps the most hard-core leg training athlete in the natural bodybuilding realm...but at a steep price. I am finished...
