*pretty good day. I wanted the 585 rack pull but I did dl on thursday so that is probably why i missed. I am starting a 5 day westside hybrid now. It gives me more flexibility plus conjugate is way more fun than basic lifts. It keeps me mentally and phsyicallly fresh so I constantly get stronger.
