*awesome day. I never even tried to bb row 315 before and I got 6. 225x15 was easy I think I could have done over 20 but I wanted to save some for pullups. Total training time from warmup to cooldown was 40mins. I really think this is the best plan I have ever come up with. Keeping it shorter really helps my recovery.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
