*good day. I decided base my training on feel. Which means I am going to train 6 days a week wed-mon. I am going to limit myself to 4-5 exercises a day and not try to burn myself out and make constant progress.

wed- Bench (me)
thur- DL (me or re)
fri- OH (me or re)
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
