Also I am working on one for concurrent training which is one of the major, major, major issues in our sport! Clearly cardio is important for getting shredded but has many negative outcomes to strength and hypertrophy. What are they? WHy do they occur? Can they be countered? These are the major concerns I plan on addressing! Hopefully by next issue!
