220x10 (add straps)
Oh tri-bar ext alternated with tri-bar hammer curls-
* bench didn't feel great today. I was supposed to work up to 85% which was 275 but it felt like a ton today. My shoulder/upper pec didnt feel right. However, assistance work went great. I was basing my bench off a 330 max instead of my 350.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
