I put a milk crate under me for squats to make sure I was getting proper depth, I was so it's all good.

don't you just love pausing reps....after you get it up, it's such a satisfaction of PURE STRENGTH...the way i see it, anybody can move something already moving...move something that's standing still...now that's strength
