*pretty good day. Took it rather easy on deadlifts to get back into my groove. I am using seperate squat and deadlift days to get my deadlift on the right track. The strength is there for a big PR I just got to get my form right.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
