the only dumb question is the one not asked. The only way to make your boobs smaller is to lose overall bodyfat, since breasts are mostly made up of fat. I think it would take quite a cut in bodyfat to cause a noticable (to anyone other than you) difference in that area since you are genetically designed to store a little extra there. You will not lose your boobs from chest exercises, don't worry. Just look at any weight loss ad, when it's a matter of 10-20 lbs lost it is mostly lost from the waist and hips. As for exercises, the same exercises men do will work for you. Butterflys, dumbell bench press, etc.
