I've been ridiculously busy with school/tests/scheduling/and preparing for grad school. There wasn't much significant to note about last week so I'll just start back up with todays workout.

Monday - Upper Power 70%

Plate Loaded Lat Pd

Camber Curl

Rope Tri Ext slow,strict

Cable Face Pulls (for rotator cuff and because I am a bit shoulder dominant)

The good news... my bench is definitely improving. The bad, I didn't complete 6 sets of 6 as I planned. I also made a minor adjustment to the protocol by adding 1 eccentric of 315 1x/week in place of the 6th set. I feel this should help me acclimate to the poundage well and I should be ready to smash this PR by max day. Everything else seems to be coming along nicely. And a final thought to leave on.. No matter how long it takes me to get this, I will never let it defeat me....
