*Pretty good day. CG Bench was weak but I gotta get back in my groove then the weight will go up. First two exercises were 2-3 mins rest then 3-6 were 1 min rest.
New Split is
Sun- Top End bench
Mon- DE Squat
Wed- Back
Thur- Low End bench
Fri- ME Sq/DL
