10/26/08 ME Bench (Top END)
Elbows out ext-
Face pulls- (2sec pause)
Green x 12,12,12
*Pretty good day. CG Bench was weak but I gotta get back in my groove then the weight will go up. First two exercises were 2-3 mins rest then 3-6 were 1 min rest.
New Split is
Sun- Top End bench
Mon- DE Squat
Thur- Low End bench
Fri- ME Sq/DL
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
